A concentration of white mulberry, shiitake mushroom, licorice and citrus balances skin tone, lessens the appearance of dark spots, and brightens. Our Fermented Rice Toner also includes hyaluronic acid, sodium PCA, and vegetable glycerin to promote skin hydration and plumping.
HOW TO USE: After cleansing, pump half dollar sized amount into clean hands and pat onto face (including eyelids / around eyes) and neck. Or, pump onto cotton pad and gently sweep onto skin and neck.
