    • Whisk 2g Jeju Black Matcha with 85ml (3oz) water at 75°F / 24°C until smooth and lightly frothy.
    • Serve as-is or over ice.

    • CAPPUCCINO RECIPE

      • Whisk 3g Jeju Black Matcha with 100ml (3.5oz) water at 75°F / 24°C until smooth and lightly frothy.
      • Pour into cup (ice optional), add 100ml (3.5oz) milk of choice, and top with milk foam.

      • LATTE RECIPE

        • Whisk 3-4g (2-3 teaspoons) Jeju Black Matcha in 30ml water at:
        • 75°F / 24°C for hot latte
        • Room temp for cold latte
        • Add 240ml (1 cup) milk of choice.
        • To sweeten, stir in 15-20g (1 Tablespoon) pure maple syrup.
