Unlike its grassy, herby counterpart, it has a deep, earthy flavor with notes of chocolate and coffee, and an elusive hint of fruit. Jeju Black Matcha can be enjoyed with water alone as a strong, assertive espresso, or with milk as a rich and creamy latte or cappuccino.
Packaged in a recyclable cylinder and compostable inner pouch.
- Ingredients: Organic black tea*.
- *Regenerative Organic Certified
- Whisk 2g Jeju Black Matcha with 85ml (3oz) water at 75°F / 24°C until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Serve as-is or over ice.
- Whisk 3g Jeju Black Matcha with 100ml (3.5oz) water at 75°F / 24°C until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Pour into cup (ice optional), add 100ml (3.5oz) milk of choice, and top with milk foam.
- Whisk 3-4g (2-3 teaspoons) Jeju Black Matcha in 30ml water at:
- 75°F / 24°C for hot latte
- Room temp for cold latte
- Add 240ml (1 cup) milk of choice.
- To sweeten, stir in 15-20g (1 Tablespoon) pure maple syrup.
